- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★DO NOT use this letting agent!!!! Ruth Scott that works behind the desk thinks shes allowed to play god and decide whether she wants to let you move into the property or not even with good references and a guarantor. I was told on the Tuesday by Kirsty that my references were fine and everything was going through then on the Wednesday I received a call from RUTH to double check things on my reference during this call she was very rude and accused me of lying 3 times, so I became abrupt back. Then the next day i received another call from RUTH saying they are no longer going through with the move as my reference wasnt good enough! I tried on several occasions to contact Kirsty to try and get an explanation but RUTH wouldnt let me talk to her and wouldnt explain what was wrong with my reference!! So now thanks to RUTH in 2 weeks time me and my 4 month old baby have nowhere to live!!!By beckycarlson, October 16, 2017
